But after that trailer viewing I think most of got drunk or some shit and forgot about it. And yeah, half a million dollars doesn't really buy much in terms of a movie. The guy runs my local grindhouse made his third movie (titled 'Smash Cut') for this much money and it really doesn't even look DTV level in production quality. He was able to get David Hess and Sasha Grey in the lead roles and they proved to be good investments especially when compared to the local dinner theatre guys in other roles, but it didn't really leave much money for much else.
