It's about a serial killer disciplined in the martial arts who stalks strippers in Manhattan (would have to check the video box to see if they refer to him as The Claw or The Wrath or something, they definitely don't in the movie so who knows.) Tom Berenger plays a former boxer who decides to put a stop to the killing, so it's just possible that these two meet up for a little karate-versus-boxer climax!
